Building Rental
The CLIFTEX Theatre can be reserved for private movie showings with a minimum of 20 people on Fridays — Sundays. The CLIFTEX has a limited number of weekends that the theatre can be reserved and reservations must work around the regular weekly movie schedule . The current movie showing at the CLIFTEX during the reserved weekend can be shown at the private party. Special movies cannot be booked for private parties according to our single screen license and the CLIFTEX is not equipped with a DVD. A 30-minute cartoon reel is available at no charge if the party chooses not to view the movie. The CLIFTEX Theatre usually confirms movies no more than 3 weeks in advance. Outside food and drinks are prohibited (exception: birthday cakes).
Fees
Building Use: $150 (due 2 weeks prior to event)
Covers facility use, clean up and 2 CLIFTEX staff members to assist with movie projection and concessions
Group ticket prices
20 - 49 people: $2.50 per ticket
50 people or more: $2.00 per ticket

Policy
The party will be responsible for all damages and is responsible for any special set up and take down of chairs, tables and decorations.
