Building Rental
The CLIFTEX Theatre can be reserved for private movie showings of the regularly scheduled CLIFTEX movie on Thursdays—Sundays. Reservations must accommodate the CLIFTEX regular weekly movie schedule. The CLIFTEX is equipped with DVD and CD capabilities. The CLIFTEX usually confirms movies 3 weeks in advance. Outside food and drinks are prohibited (exception: birthday cakes.)
Fees
Theatre Rental: $250 (Covers building use, utilities, clean up and 2 CLIFTEX staff members to assist with movie projection and concessions.)
Concessions options
Snack pack = $2.50 per person
Medium Drink and Small Popcorn = $2.50

Policy
The party will be responsible for all damages and is responsible for any special set up of tables and decorations.
